Visiting this website

This site doesn't use advertising trackers or newsletter sign-up forms. Fonts and images are served with the site. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver the pages and operate its services.

Optional website analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, we load Google Analytics to understand which pages, sections and partnership options are useful. This includes page visits, named button and navigation clicks, scroll milestones, FAQ opens and time with the page visible. An enquiry email click tells us someone opened the email route, not that an enquiry was sent.

Analytics stays off until you allow it. Google may then use first-party cookies to recognise visits. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. We don't send email addresses, message content, complete enquiry links or arbitrary URL queries and fragments as event labels. Event-level data retention is set to two months.

Your choice is stored in your browser. You can reject analytics or change your choice at any time using the button below or the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further collection by our tag and removes its first-party analytics cookies; it doesn't automatically erase data already processed. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences also keep our analytics off.

When you contact us

The contact links open your own email service. Nothing is submitted to us until you send your email. We receive the contact details, message and attachments you choose to share and use them to respond, assess your idea and manage any agreed relationship.

Enquiries are handled by the team members involved in reviewing or managing the conversation. Email is handled through Google Workspace. Service providers may process information in countries outside your own.

Choice and retention

An enquiry doesn't subscribe you to marketing emails. We don't sell enquiry information. We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, an agreed relationship and any applicable record-keeping obligations.

Please share only what's needed for the enquiry. If you provide another person's information, make sure you have their permission.

Questions, access or corrections

Contact hello@urbanpetpartners.com to ask about information you've shared, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We'll review your request and explain any information we need to keep.
